Job Duties: Conexus Financial Advisors, Inc d/b/a Conexus Capital Advisors is seeking a Financial Analyst at our Miami, Florida office. The Financial Analyst will: (1) understand, prepare, evaluate, and present financials, strategy and product performance documentation; (2) understand benchmarking of operating results and industry-specific competitors; (3) conduct profit and loss forecasting for current and future years, including coordination in complex financial analysis; (4) conduct financial analysis of growth markets and sub-industries of market; (5) handle deal sourcing, leveraging internal and external resources to find potential acquisition targets; (6) assist in the supervision of mergers and acquisitions analysts engaged in developing; and (7) implement internal database systems, and general & specific market research to address business needs.

 

Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Business Administration (or the foreign equivalent of said degree).
