Ken Wang has been involved in mergers & acquisitions and financings in the chemical and life science industries. His investment banking experience includes M&A, privatizations and capital markets transactions for leading industrial companies.

Prior to joining Conexus, Ken founded Nanovate LLC to provide financial advisory services. He has worked with middle-market companies, both public and private, that have concentrated ownership. Previously, Ken was an investment banker in M&A and chemical industry groups at JPMorgan and CS First Boston. A chemical engineer by training, Mr. Wang worked for four years in process research gaining experience with unit operations found in chemical and food industries.

Ken holds a B.S. from Cornell University, a S.M. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
